Steve has worked in government debt management for nearly 20 years. Having started as a collector on the phones, he is now the Head of the Government Debt Management Function with responsibility for the policy and strategy relating to £29bn of debt owed to central and local government.

Steve's focus is on delivering fair debt outcomes for all - debt owners, people in debt and those who pay on time.
