Speaker bio

Mike Malloy is an Assistant Director within the Risk & Intelligence Service of HM Revenue & Customs.

He has worked within the Public Sector for over 30 years within a variety of compliance roles. Initially trained as a VAT Investigator, Mike has spent the majority of his career within the field of Risk & Intelligence and primarily within Data Analytics.

He has considerable experience of building and developing data analytics capability within the tax compliance sphere. In his current role he leads a team of 100 data analysts, using the latest data analysis tools and techniques to provide risk insight and at all levels.
