Jennifer Wagner

Jennifer joined the US Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the Inspector General, Office of the Chief Data Officer in 2017 as a Senior Program Analyst focusing on analytics related to grant programs. In this role, Jennifer is responsible for tool development, answering requests for grants-related data from OIG staff, and providing training support for grants analytics across the organization. 

Prior to joining HHS OIG, Jennifer served as a Senior Public Health Advisor at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) focusing on substance abuse prevention, tobacco control policy, sampling, and survey design. 

Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, a graduate certificate in Survey Design and Data Analysis from the George Washington University, and a Master of Science in Government Analytics from Johns Hopkins University.
